Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee/Intern to join our team. As an HR Trainee/Intern, you will support various HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, and database management, while working in a collaborative and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Sourcing: Assist in identifying potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
• Screening Support: Help in reviewing resumes and conducting initial screening to shortlist qualified candidates.
• Interview Coordination: Schedule and assist in coordinating interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Job Posting: Support in creating and posting job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract suitable candidates.
• Candidate Engagement: Communicate with candidates to provide updates, gather information, and address inquiries.
• Database Maintenance: Update and manage candidate records and recruitment data in the database.
• Learning Opportunities: Gain exposure to recruitment strategies, onboarding processes, and HR best practices.
• Administrative Support: Assist the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and projects as needed.

Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in starting a career in human resources and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and familiarity with social media platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
