Key Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
• Support onboarding processes by ensuring proper documentation and smooth integration for new hires.
• Maintain and update HR databases and employee records with accuracy and compliance.
• Help organize and execute employee engagement programs and HR-related initiatives.
• Provide administrative support to the HR team and contribute to improving operational workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HR tools is an added advantage.
