Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and source potential candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates to assess their qualifications and suitability for open positions.

Database Management: Maintain and update the talent pipeline and ensure accurate candidate records.

Collaboration: Work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand the talent needs of the organization.

Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and talent market conditions to support effective sourcing strategies.

Candidate Engagement: Build and nurture relationships with potential candidates, providing them with information about the company and available opportunities.

Reporting: Generate reports on talent pipeline progress and sourcing metrics.

Continuous Improvement: Identify new and innovative ways to attract top talent and enhance the sourcing process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
