Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and strategic HR Talent Development Partner to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

Talent Development Strategy: Design and implement talent development programs aligned with the organization's goals and employee needs.

Training Programs: Develop, coordinate, and facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and capabilities.

Performance Management: Collaborate with managers to identify performance gaps and create tailored development plans for employees.

Career Development: Provide guidance and resources for employees regarding career advancement and professional development opportunities.

Succession Planning: Assist in identifying high-potential employees and creating succession plans for critical roles within the organization.

Assessment Tools: Utilize assessment tools to evaluate employee skills and identify development needs.

Feedback Mechanisms: Implement feedback mechanisms to measure the effectiveness of talent development initiatives and make necessary adjustments.

Collaboration: Work closely with other HR functions to ensure alignment of talent development efforts with overall HR strategy.

Compliance: Ensure that all talent development programs comply with legal and organizational policies.

Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in talent development to enhance program effectiveness.

Qualifications:

MBA or BBA in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in talent development, training, or HR roles.

Strong understanding of adult learning principles and development methodologies.

Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Ability to analyze data and provide insights for talent development strategies.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships at all levels.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with learning management systems (LMS).
