Position Summary:

We are seeking a tech-savvy and detail-oriented HR Systems Applications (Freshers) to join our Human Resources team. This role is ideal for recent graduates looking to gain experience in HR technology, systems management, and data analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

HR Systems Support: Assist in managing and maintaining HR software and applications.

Data Management: Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of employee data in HR systems.

User Support: Provide technical support to HR team members and employees using HR applications.

System Updates & Optimization: Help implement system updates, troubleshoot issues, and suggest improvements.

Reporting & Analytics: Generate and analyze HR reports to support data-driven decision-making.

Training & Documentation: Assist in creating user guides and training employees on HR system functionalities.

Compliance & Security: Ensure HR system data security and compliance with company policies.

Integration Support: Help integrate new HR software with existing systems.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance HR processes through automation and technology.

General HR Support: Assist in various HR functions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR processes and HR software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
• No prior experience required; internships or coursework in HR technology are a plus.
