Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized HR Staff member (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role will assist with a variety of HR functions, including employee support, data entry, and general administrative tasks, while gaining hands-on experience in HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Employee Support: Provide assistance to employees with HR-related inquiries and help facilitate a positive employee experience.
• Data Entry: Accurately enter and maintain employee data in the HR system to ensure up-to-date records.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by helping new hires complete necessary paperwork and coordinating orientation sessions.
• Document Management: Prepare and file HR documents, such as offer letters and employment contracts.
• Attendance Monitoring: Track employee attendance and report any inconsistencies to the HR team.
• Policy Enforcement: Assist in communicating company policies to employees and ensure adherence to HR guidelines.
• General HR Support: Provide additional support to the HR team with various projects and initiatives as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
• Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
• Eagerness to learn and grow within the HR field.
