HR/ Sr. HR Executive

We are looking for dynamic HR professionals with a strong background in US Recruitment who are proactive, flexible, and passionate about hiring top-tier talent.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and post technical job descriptions tailored to US job markets
• Source potential candidates through various platforms including job boards, social media, and internal databases
• Perform pre-screening calls to assess applicant qualifications and alignment with job requirements
• Conduct interviews using a combination of structured, technical, and behavioral techniques
• Collaborate with US-based hiring managers to understand current and future hiring needs
• Craft and send personalized recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
• Extend job offers and manage onboarding of new hires in coordination with US HR teams
• Maintain accurate records in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS)
• Promote In Time Tec’s brand as an employer of choice in the US market
• Ensure compliance with US employment laws and regulations
• Stay updated with the latest recruitment trends and tools relevant to US hiring
• Work closely with leadership and peers to foster a positive hiring experience and team culture
  
  

Requirements

• Proven experience in US Recruitment (both IT & Non-IT), preferably working with clients or hiring managers based in the US
• Strong understanding of US hiring practices, time zones, and compliance requirements across various domains
• Familiarity with job portals such as Dice, CareerBuilder, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems and CRM tools
• Expertise in sourcing techniques including Boolean search, X-ray search, and social media recruitment for both technical and non-technical roles
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Strong coordination and organizational abilities
• Quick learning and adaptability in a dynamic recruitment environment
• Willingness to work Swing & Night Shifts
  
  

Educational Qualification

MBA in Human Resources or a relevant field preferred

Note

Only candidates with experience in US Recruitment and open to Swing/Night shifts will beconsidered.
