Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for potential candidates.
• Onboarding Assistance: Help facilitate the onboarding process by preparing documentation, coordinating orientation sessions, and ensuring new employees have a positive start.
• Employee Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and manage updates in the HR system.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide assistance on HR-related matters.
• Policy Implementation: Support the HR team in communicating and implementing company policies.
• HR Documentation: Prepare and organize HR-related documents, including contracts, performance reviews, and other employee files.
• Data Analysis: Assist in compiling HR data for reporting and help identify trends or areas for improvement within HR practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
