Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Specialist to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for freshers who are looking to build a career in HR. The HR Specialist will support various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, while ensuring smooth HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Support: Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for open positions within the organization.
• Onboarding & Training: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including orientation sessions and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed.
• Employee Relations: Serve as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries and providing support on HR-related issues.
• HR Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in HR systems and databases.
• Compliance: Ensure all HR activities comply with employment laws and regulations, maintaining confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee information.
• Policy Implementation: Help implement HR policies and procedures and ensure employees are aware of company guidelines.
• Performance Management: Support the performance appraisal process, helping managers and employees with the evaluation procedures.
• General HR Support: Assist in various HR projects and provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Eagerness to learn and develop in the human resources field.
