Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Resource Coordinator (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates who are eager to begin their careers in human resources and contribute to various HR operations and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations Support: Assist in day-to-day HR functions, including employee record management, recruitment, and onboarding processes.
Employee Database Management: Maintain and update employee information, ensuring accurate and compliant records in HR databases and systems.
Onboarding Assistance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires by preparing orientation materials and assisting with documentation.
HR Reporting: Help generate HR reports on key metrics, such as employee turnover, attendance, and leave balances, to assist with decision-making.
Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining up-to-date records and assisting in HR audits.
Event Coordination: Assist in organizing HR-related events such as training sessions, employee engagement activities, and team-building exercises.
Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employee queries related to HR policies and processes, escalating issues to senior HR staff when necessary.
Support Payroll and Benefits Administration: Help in processing payroll-related data and in the administration of employee benefits programs.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR and other departments to support smooth HR operations and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to grow in HR coordination.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HR software is a plus.
