Job Overview

Amnish HR Services is seeking an HR Recruitment Intern for a remote internship position. This entry-level role is suitable for freshers with up to 1 year of work experience. The position is based in major cities such as Coimbatore, Chennai, Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, and Pune. This is an excellent opportunity to develop a rewarding career in human resources.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Must have excellent communication skills (Mandatory skill) to effectively interact with candidates and clients.
  • Proficiency in recruitment techniques to attract top talent and support hiring needs (Mandatory skill).
  • Experience or coursework in sourcing strategies to successfully identify potential candidates.
  • Interviewing skills to assess candidate qualifications and fit with company culture.
  • Competence in candidate screening and evaluation for efficient recruitment processes.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple recruitment tasks effectively.
  • Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in candidate documentation and records.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, contributing to the overall success of projects.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing potential candidates using various platforms and recruitment tools.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to evaluate candidate skills and fit.
  • Support the recruitment team with scheduling interviews and coordinating meetings.
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment progress in internal systems.
  • Contribute to developing creative recruitment strategies to attract a diverse candidate pool.
  • Engage with potential candidates to provide information about job opportunities and Amnish HR Services.
  • Gain insights into the complete recruitment lifecycle from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance recruitment processes and improve overall efficiency.
