Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated HR Recruiting Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for recent graduates who are passionate about Human Resources and eager to develop their skills in sourcing, screening, and recruiting candidates for a variety of positions across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Candidate Sourcing: Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to attract qualified candidates for open roles.
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screening interviews and coordinate further interviews with hiring managers.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates for current and future positions.
• Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and create effective recruitment strategies.
• Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process by ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
• Data Management: Keep recruitment databases updated with candidate information, interview feedback, and status updates.
• Reporting & Metrics: Assist in tracking recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire and candidate feedback.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a proactive attitude.
