Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful HR Recruiter to join our team at the Kurnool office. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for recruitment and talent acquisition, aiming to build strong teams and drive organizational success.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, referrals, and campus drives.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process for all parties involved.

Job Posting & Branding: Create and post job descriptions to attract top talent, maintaining a consistent employer branding strategy.

Candidate Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, ensuring an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases and talent pipelines for future hiring needs.

Pre-Onboarding Support: Coordinate pre-joining formalities, including background checks and documentation, to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and talent availability to enhance recruitment strategies.

Reporting: Prepare recruitment reports and analytics to track hiring metrics and provide insights to leadership.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement innovative sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices to improve hiring efficiency.

Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs and deliver tailored hiring solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with a strong passion for recruitment are also encouraged to apply).

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Proficiency in using recruitment tools, job boards, and applicant tracking systems.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
