Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and recruitment databases.

Resume Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify potential candidates and match them with job requirements.

Interview Scheduling: Help coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth process.

Candidate Communication: Support candidate engagement by providing updates on application status, answering queries, and maintaining a positive candidate experience.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the recruitment system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the recruitment team, including preparing reports and managing job postings.

Learning and Development: Participate in training sessions and workshops to develop your recruitment skills and knowledge.

Compliance: Assist in ensuring that recruitment activities adhere to company policies and legal regulations.

Documentation: Help in maintaining accurate documentation of recruitment activities, including interview notes and feedback.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and HR team members to support various aspects of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong interest in HR recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with recruitment software is a plus.
