Job Description :

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to support our hiring needs. This role is ideal for freshers who want to build a career in Human Resources.

Responsibilities :

• Source and screen candidates through job portals and social media.
• Coordinate interviews and support the hiring process.
• Create and post job openings across platforms.
• Maintain candidate communication and assist with onboarding.
• Manage and update candidate database.

Qualifications & Skills :

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with job portals is an advantage.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.

Experience : 1 - 2 Years

Timing : 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Working Shift : Day Shift (Onsite)
