As an HR Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates for various positions within the company. This is a mid-level role with a focus on recruitment and talent acquisition. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
• 1 to 3 years of experience in HR recruitment
• Proven track record of sourcing and selecting candidates
• Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Ability to handle multiple positions and prioritize workload
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidential information

Roles And Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates through various channels, such as job portals, social media, and professional networks
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand the requirements and plan recruitment strategies
• Create and update job descriptions to attract a diverse pool of applicants
• Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to Joining
• Establish and nurture connections with external clients while expanding our client base.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
