Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR Recruiter to join our partner organization in Warangal. The ideal candidate will be skilled in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented professionals while maintaining strong relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Develop job descriptions and post job openings on appropriate platforms.
• Source and screen candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct initial interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide timely feedback to candidates.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
• Ensure a seamless onboarding process for new hires.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with recruitment tools, ATS systems, and online job boards.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to changing priorities.
