About The Role

As an HR Recruiter at Fusion CX in Bangalore, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and onboarding top talent to support our customer experience operations. Your focus will be hiring the best candidates while delivering outstanding candidate experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing Candidates: Identify top talent through job portals, social platforms, and professional networks
• Screening & Interviewing: Conduct pre-screening calls and interviews to assess candidate fit and qualifications
• Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and timelines
• Job Posting: Write and post attractive, accurate job descriptions across multiple job boards
• Candidate Experience: Maintain positive engagement with applicants throughout the hiring journey
• Data Management: Update candidate data and recruitment records using our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
• Onboarding Support: Help new hires transition smoothly by assisting with onboarding coordination
  
  

Job Requirements - HR Recruiter

Qualities you need to thrive as an HR Recruiter in Fusion CX Bangalore:

• A bachelors degree in human resources or any related field
• 12 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in BPO or telecom hiring
• Familiarity with HR tools and applicant tracking systems, and experience in managing HR databases
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and multitasking abilities
• Ability to thrive under pressure in a target-driven, fast-paced environment
