Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented HR Recruiter with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in driver recruitment or blue-collar workforce hiring. The role requires achieving a minimum hiring target of 10 drivers during the initial phase, with consistency and quality in recruitment being a key focus.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and recruit a minimum of 10 drivers per month through various channels.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for driver roles.
Conduct interviews and coordinate onboarding processes.
Maintain regular follow-ups with selected candidates until successful joining.
Be available 24x7 on-call for coordination and candidate communication.
Assist in aligning hiring needs with internal targets and workforce demands.
Maintain accurate documentation and hiring records.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR recruitment (driver hiring or blue-collar preferred).
Excellent communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages preferred.
Strong networking ability and convincing skills.
Comfortable working in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and phone-based coordination.
