Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, shortlisting, interviews, offers)
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
- Support employer branding initiatives and outreach campaigns
- Assist in onboarding and induction processes
- Maintain and update HR records and documentation
- Support payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance systems
- Assist with compliance checks, background verifications, and safeguarding documentation
- Coordinate employee life cycle activities (joining, confirmation, exit)
- Ensure implementation of HR policies and procedures across campuses
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Attention to detail with a process-driven mindset
- Familiarity with HR systems, tools, and recruitment platforms
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
- Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in education or service sectors
