Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews
Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and clients
Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers
Follow-up with clients and candidates until the joining process
Assist in onboarding of selected candidates
Maintain daily reports and recruitment MIS
