Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and proactive HR Recruiter to join our team in Indore. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment and should be comfortable with public speaking, as this role involves handling events and anchoring.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruitment & Selection:
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various roles.
• Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure a smooth hiring experience.
• Event Management & Anchoring:
• Handle company events, meetings, and employee engagement activities.
• Act as the anchor for internal and external events, ensuring they run smoothly.
• Engage with employees and management to promote a positive work environment.
• Talent Acquisition:
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline to meet the organizations hiring needs.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
• Candidate Engagement:
• Communicate effectively with potential candidates, providing them with information about the organization and the role.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 months of experience in recruitment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Confidence in public speaking and handling events.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
