Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Job Posting: Draft and publish engaging job advertisements to attract suitable candidates.

Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to source qualified candidates.

Candidate Screening: Conduct initial assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

Database Management: Maintain and update the recruitment database with candidate details and hiring progress.

Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and deliver quality hires.

Market Research: Stay informed about recruitment trends, salary benchmarks, and industry practices.

Compliance: Ensure adherence to labor laws, company policies, and recruitment best practices.

Reporting: Generate detailed recruitment reports to track hiring metrics and identify areas for improvement.

Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the recruitment process.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or a similar HR role is preferred.
