- Conducting recruitment/exit interviews and recording them accordingly
- Facilitating newcomers joining formalities ,Reviewing & updating job descriptions for all positions regularly
- Updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.

- Should be fluent in Hindi and English ( Hindi fluency mandatory )
