Job Overview

We are looking for a dedicated HR Recruiter to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a fresher-level position, we are considering candidates with 0 to 1 year of experience in the field. The position will be based in Hyderabad or Bangalore Rural and it offers an opportunity to kick-start your career in human resources and recruitment.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Proficiency in recruitment processes (Mandatory skill)
  • Excellent sourcing abilities with a keen eye for talent (Mandatory skill)
  • Strong interviewing skills for assessing candidate qualifications and fit
  • Efficient in candidate screening techniques to shortlist the best talent
  • Negotiation skills to handle offer roll-outs and other discussions with candidates
  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with candidates and team members
  • Understanding of human resources principles and practices
  • Good networking skills to build and maintain a talent pool for current and future hiring needs

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Screen resumes and job applications to identify suitable candidates
  • Conduct interviews utilizing various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirements
  • Negotiate job offers and terms of employment with selected candidates
  • Maintain professional relationships with candidates and manage the talent pipeline for future openings
  • Utilize modern recruitment tools and platforms to source high-quality candidates
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and recruit according to the best practices
