### Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven **HR Recruiter** to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing interviews and the hiring process. ### Key Responsibilities:

  • **Candidate Sourcing**: Utilize various platforms such as job boards, social media, and referrals to source and attract potential candidates.
  • **Screening**: Review resumes and applications to shortlist candidates based on job requirements. Conduct initial phone or video interviews to assess the candidates qualifications and fit for the role.
  • **Interview Coordination**: Schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a smooth interview process. Assist in conducting interviews when required.
  • **Job Postings**: Create and post job descriptions on multiple platforms, ensuring accuracy and appealing job content that aligns with company branding.
  • **Candidate Pipeline Management**: Maintain an active pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future job openings.
  • **Recruitment Strategies**: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that ensure a steady influx of high-quality candidates.
  • **Candidate Engagement**: Communicate regularly with candidates to keep them informed about the hiring process and timelines. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout.
  • **Employment Offers**: Prepare and extend job offers, working closely with HR to manage salary negotiations and onboarding procedures.
  • **Compliance and Documentation**: Ensure all recruitment processes comply with relevant labor laws and regulations. Maintain accurate candidate documentation for reference and reporting.
  • **Hiring Metrics**: Track recruitment data such as time-to-hire, source of hire, and candidate satisfaction to continuously improve recruitment processes.

### Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or in a similar recruitment role, preferably with 1-2 years of experience.
  • Familiarity with sourcing techniques, including LinkedIn, job boards, and other professional networks.
  • Strong interviewing skills and knowledge of recruitment best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) or other recruitment software is a plus.
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
