Job Summary

The HR Recruiter is responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure that the organization attracts, selects, and retains qualified employees. This includes developing job descriptions, posting job ads, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and managing offers. The HR Recruiter will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and ensure a smooth hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

  • Job Analysis and Description:
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs.
    • Develop and update job descriptions and specifications.
  • Sourcing Candidates:
    • Utilize various recruitment methods such as job boards, social media, career fairs, and employee referrals.
    • Develop and maintain a network of contacts to help identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Screening and Selection:
    • Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
    • Conduct initial phone screens to assess candidate suitability.
    • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
    • Conduct interviews, both in-person and virtually, using a structured methodology.
  • Candidate Experience:
    • Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining communication and providing timely feedback.
    • Manage the candidate database and applicant tracking system (ATS).
  • Offer Management:
    • Extend job offers and negotiate terms of employment.
    • Coordinate background checks and reference checks.
  • Onboarding:
    • Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
