Position Summary: We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented HR Records Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for MBA & BBA graduates who are passionate about human resources and eager to manage and maintain accurate employee records while supporting HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Records Management: Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Data Entry: Input and manage HR-related data into the company's HR systems and databases.
Documentation: Assist in the preparation and organization of HR documents, contracts, and employee files.
Compliance: Ensure all employee records comply with company policies and legal requirements.
Audit Support: Assist in internal audits by providing accurate records and documentation.
HR Administration: Support the HR team with administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and organizing HR documents.
Reporting: Generate reports on employee records, attendance, and other HR metrics as required.
Collaboration: Work closely with HR staff to ensure smooth and efficient record-keeping processes.
Confidentiality: Handle sensitive employee information with the utmost confidentiality and discretion.
Qualifications:
MBA & BBA graduates ONLY.
Strong organizational and data management skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Familiarity with HR software and databases is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR field.
