Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Project Coordinator to join our HR team. This role is perfect for Freshers ONLY who are enthusiastic about HR and project management, supporting various HR initiatives and ensuring timely project completion.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Assist in the development and execution of HR-related projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.

Coordination: Coordinate between different departments, ensuring smooth communication and progress on HR projects.

Documentation: Maintain project documentation, including timelines, reports, and project deliverables.

Task Tracking: Monitor project progress, track tasks, and follow up with team members to ensure deadlines are met.

Support HR Initiatives: Provide support to the HR team in implementing projects related to employee engagement, recruitment, and training.

Reporting: Prepare and present project status reports to HR management, identifying any risks or delays.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.

Qualifications:
