Position Summary: We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Policy Development Assistant to join our HR team. Key Responsibilities:

Policy Research: Assist in researching HR policies and best practices to align with organizational objectives and legal requirements.

Documentation: Help draft, edit, and organize HR policies and procedures for various HR functions.

Compliance: Support the development of policies that ensure the company's compliance with labor laws and industry regulations.

Employee Handbook: Assist in the creation and updates of the employee handbook, ensuring all policies are clearly communicated.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team to gather input for policy development and revisions.

Training Support: Help in organizing training sessions for employees on new or updated policies.

Feedback Collection: Assist in gathering feedback from employees and management to improve and update HR policies.

Reporting: Maintain records of all policy changes and provide support in generating reports for management review.

Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve the HR policy development process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong interest in HR policy development and labor law compliance.

Excellent communication and organizational skills.

High attention to detail and accuracy.

Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
