Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Assistance: Support the payroll team in processing employee salaries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

Data Management: Maintain and update employee records in the HR system, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.

Compliance: Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures comply with legal and regulatory requirements.

Employee Support: Handle employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and other HR operations.

HR Reporting: Generate HR reports to support decision-making and track key operational metrics.

Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency.

Documentation: Assist in maintaining and organizing HR documentation, including contracts, policies, and procedures.

Onboarding Support: Provide administrative support during the onboarding process for new hires.

Collaboration: Work closely with the HR operations team to ensure smooth day-to-day HR functions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
