Responsibilities

• Manage HR processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle events
• Maintain HR records, employee databases, and ensure compliance with labor laws
• Support payroll processing, compensation, and benefits administration
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency
• Assist in performance management, training, and development initiatives
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations
• Handle HR analytics, reporting, and documentation
• Manage HRIS and support automation of HR processes
• Support end-to-end recruitment efforts, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates
• Work with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and talent requirements
• Utilize job boards, social media, and networking to identify top talent
• Coordinate recruitment processes, scheduling interviews, and managing candidate communication
• Support employer branding initiatives to attract potential candidates
• Maintain recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and cost-per-hire
• Assist in campus hiring, employee referrals, and talent pipeline development
  
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3-6 years of experience in HR operations with exposure to talent acquisition
• Strong knowledge of HR processes
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, including sourcing and candidate management
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
