Position Summary:
We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented HR Operations Assistant to join our Human Resources team. The HR Operations Assistant will focus on the administrative and operational functions within the HR department, ensuring efficient and accurate execution of HR tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- HR Data Management: Maintain and update employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
- Payroll Support: Assist in payroll processing by collecting and verifying employee information, ensuring timely and accurate salary disbursement.
- HR Reporting: Generate and prepare HR reports, including attendance records, payroll summaries, and compliance documentation.
- Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including enrollment, tracking, and addressing employee queries.
- Employee Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process by preparing and processing new hire paperwork, and coordinating orientation sessions.
- Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations by maintaining accurate records and supporting audits.
- HR Policy Implementation: Assist in communicating and enforcing HR policies and procedures, ensuring consistent application across the organization.
- Employee Communication: Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.
- Operational Support: Provide administrative support for various HR operations, including maintaining filing systems, coordinating HR events, and managing HR supplies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in HR operations and a desire to learn about HR processes.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
