Your Role

We are seeking an HR Officer specializing in Learning and Development (L&D) with 3-4 years of relevant experience. The candidate will be responsible for identifying the learning needs within the organization, designing and delivering effective training programs, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct regular training needs to determine current and future learning requirements.
  • Develop, organize, and implement training programs and learning initiatives to enhance employee skills and performance. This includes e-learning, instructor-led sessions, promote LinkedIn learnings.
  • Facilitate training sessions and other learning interventions either in-house or by collaborating with external trainers and consultants.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of L&D strategies aligned with business goals. Focus on enhancing employee competencies for career development and succession planning.
  • Track and analyze the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to design role-specific learning content.
  • Support employee development initiatives such as leadership programs, mentoring, coaching, and talent management processes.
  • Oversee the administration of the LMS, including uploading course materials, tracking participation, and generating reports on training activities and outcomes.
  • Assist in the preparation of the L&D budget, and manage relationships with external training vendors and consultants to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness.
  • Assist in implementation of upskilling/ Reskilling programs.


To succeed, you will need

Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 3 to 4 years of experience in human resource function with 1 or 2 years experience into training & Development.
  • MBA degree or equivalent
  • People oriented and results driven.
  • Knowledge of HR systems and databases
  • Ability to communicate effectively with employees at all levels of the organization
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Good time management skill
