Position Summary: We are seeking a motivated and organized HR Mobility Coordinator to manage and facilitate employee relocations and transfers. This role is ideal for graduates who are passionate about HR and are eager to support international and domestic mobility programs.

Key Responsibilities:

Relocation Management: Coordinate domestic and international relocations, ensuring a smooth transition for employees.

Immigration Support: Assist employees with visa applications, work permits, and other immigration-related processes.

Travel Coordination: Manage travel arrangements for employees and their families, including flights, accommodation, and transportation.

Compliance: Ensure that all mobility processes comply with legal requirements and company policies.

Vendor Management: Liaise with external vendors, such as relocation companies, to provide comprehensive mobility services.

Cost Tracking: Monitor and track expenses related to employee relocation and report on mobility budgets.

Employee Support: Provide ongoing support and guidance to employees throughout their relocation process.

Documentation: Maintain accurate records of employee transfers and related documents.

Collaboration: Work closely with HR, payroll, and legal teams to ensure seamless execution of mobility programs.

Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in the mobility process and propose solutions.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
