Description:Job Purpose:

To lead and manage the Talent Acquisition function by identifying, attracting, and hiring the right talent to support the company's growth, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Talent Acquisition Strategy
  • Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies.
  • Forecast hiring needs based on manpower planning and business requirements.
  • Align talent acquisition plans with organizational growth and expansion strategies.
  • Recruitment Operations
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
  • Use various sourcing techniques including headhunting, job portals, social media, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Coordinate with department heads to understand role specifications and candidate fitment.
  • Employer Branding
  • Promote as an employer of choice through effective employer branding strategies.
  • Represent the company at job fairs, industry meets, and campus events to attract top talent.
  • Stakeholder Management
  • Liaise with senior management and project heads to understand hiring needs.
  • Partner with external recruitment agencies and consultants for niche or volume hiring.
  • Systems and Reporting
  • Maintain and optimize ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment dashboards.
  • Provide periodic reports and analytics on recruitment metrics â time to hire, cost per hire, quality of hire, etc.
  • Compliance & Process Excellence
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and statutory regulations.
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes and candidate experience.

Key Skills And Competencies

  • Strong understanding of real estate hiring landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in modern recruitment tools, LinkedIn Talent Solutions, Naukri, and ATS platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
  • Ability to understand project lifecycle and workforce planning.
