Key Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy Development: Develop and implement HR strategies that align with the organization's goals and objectives.

• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Oversee the recruitment process, including developing job descriptions, sourcing candidates, and managing the interview process.

• Employee Relations: Foster a positive work environment by addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts effectively.

• Performance Management: Lead the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers on performance evaluations and development plans.

• Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement programs to support employee growth and development.

• Compensation and Benefits: Manage compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and equitable.

• Compliance: Ensure HR practices comply with labor laws and industry regulations, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation.

• HR Policies: Develop and update HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are communicated effectively to employees.

• Reporting and Analytics: Analyze HR metrics to assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or HR certification preferred.

• Proven experience as an HR Manager or similar role, with a strong understanding of HR practices and employment law.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.

• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
