What will you do?
- HR Management
- Payroll management: salary processing, leave & attendance tracking.
- Employee relations: grievance handling, engagement activities, disciplinary actions.
- Performance monitoring & assistance with appraisals.
- Onboarding & Offboarding process: induction to exit meeting.
- Compliance & Policy
- Ensure adherence to labor laws & statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, gratuity, Shops & Establishment, etc.).
- Maintain employee documentation, contracts, and HR records.
- Draft and update company policies as per start-up requirements.
- Floor & Admin Management
- Oversee daily floor operations to maintain discipline, attendance, and productivity.
- Act as the go-to person for employees on the floor for HR/admin support.
- Vendor management (stationery, housekeeping, facilities, etc.).
- Manage office assets, infrastructure, and workplace safety.
- Coordination & Reporting
- Act as a bridge between management and employees.
- Generate MIS reports on HR metrics (attrition, payroll, compliance status).
- Support leadership in creating a positive & Gen Z-friendly work culture.
- Learning & Development
- Identify training needs and coordinate skill development initiatives.
- Policy & Process Building
- Design and implement HR policies aligned with start-up requirements.
- Create structured processes without compromising agility.
- 4–6 years of experience as an HR Generalist.
- Hands-on experience in payroll and statutory compliance.
- Strong people skills with the ability to manage floor operations & employee discipline.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced start-up environment.
