Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing:

• Identify and attract suitable candidates using job portals, social media, and other recruitment platforms.

Screening and Evaluation:

• Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and alignment with job requirements.

Interview Scheduling:

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring timely communication and follow-ups.

Database Management:

• Maintain and update candidate records and job postings in the applicant tracking system.

Market Research:

• Stay informed about industry trends, hiring practices, and market conditions to support recruitment strategies.

Candidate Engagement:

• Provide an excellent candidate experience by guiding applicants through the recruitment process and addressing their queries.

Administrative Support:

• Assist in preparing reports, maintaining documentation, and supporting the recruitment team in day-to-day operations.

Compliance:

• Ensure all recruitment activities adhere to company policies and relevant legal requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes is preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
