Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels (job boards, social media, networking) to identify and attract potential candidates.

Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and timely process.

Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the roles.

Database Management: Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Job Posting: Create and post job advertisements on relevant platforms to attract qualified candidates.

Collaboration: Work closely with senior recruiters and hiring managers to understand role requirements and recruitment strategies.

Candidate Communication: Manage communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback.

Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices comply with employment laws and company policies.

Reporting: Assist in preparing recruitment reports and metrics for review by the HR team.

Employer Branding: Support initiatives to enhance the company's employer brand through social media and other channels.

Continuous Learning: Stay updated on recruitment trends and best practices to contribute to the team's ongoing improvement.
