We are hiring an Entry-Level Recruitment Coordinator to assist with recruitment operations, candidate management, and interview coordination. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals looking to start a career in talent acquisition.

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various job roles.
• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain recruitment databases and track candidate progress.
• Communicate with candidates regarding job openings, interview details, and follow-ups.
• Support offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.
• Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-1 year of experience in recruitment coordination (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
