Position Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Junior Associate (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources and contribute to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.

  • Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.

  • Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.

  • HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, managing schedules, organizing documents, and handling various administrative tasks.

  • Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.

  • Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing and help manage employee benefits by collecting and verifying relevant data.

  • Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting in HR audits.

  • HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics, including employee attendance, turnover rates, and leave balances.

  • Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR functions and practices.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to support HR operations and foster a positive work environment.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
  • A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
