Position Summary:
We are looking for a motivated and dedicated HR Junior Associate (Fresher) to join our HR team. This entry-level role is perfect for recent graduates who are eager to start their careers in human resources and contribute to a variety of HR functions, including recruitment, employee engagement, and HR administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment Support: Assist in recruitment by posting job openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and maintaining communication with candidates.
Onboarding Assistance: Support the onboarding process for new employees by preparing orientation materials, conducting sessions, and ensuring a smooth transition for new hires.
Employee Records Management: Maintain and update employee records and databases, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal standards.
HR Administration: Provide administrative support to the HR team, managing schedules, organizing documents, and handling various administrative tasks.
Employee Engagement: Help organize employee engagement activities such as team-building events, training sessions, and recognition programs.
Payroll & Benefits Administration: Assist in payroll processing and help manage employee benefits by collecting and verifying relevant data.
Compliance Support: Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies by maintaining accurate records and assisting in HR audits.
HR Reporting: Generate basic HR reports and track key HR metrics, including employee attendance, turnover rates, and leave balances.
Learning & Development: Participate in HR training sessions and workshops to gain a deeper understanding of HR functions and practices.
Collaboration: Work closely with the HR team and other departments to support HR operations and foster a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong interest in human resources and a desire to build a career in HR.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
