We are looking for enthusiastic HR Interns to join our vibrant team at Accobridge Solutions. This is a full-time, remote internship located in Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune, Ahmedabad, Delhi, Navi Mumbai, and Hubballi. The position is open to freshers with 0 to 1 year of work experience. As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in various aspects of human resources, contributing to our mission of transforming the digital enterprise landscape.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Recruitment (Mandatory skill): Proficiency in sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates to meet organizational needs.
  • Employee relations (Mandatory skill): Ability to maintain and enhance positive employee relationships and address employee concerns.
  • Onboarding: Experience or knowledge in facilitating new employees' integration into the company culture and processes.
  • HRIS management: Understanding of human resource information systems for managing data and employee records efficiently.
  • Data analysis: Competency in analyzing HR data to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively interact with team members and stakeholders.
  • Time management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
  • Attention to detail: Keen eye for detail to ensure accuracy in HR processes and documentation.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Assist in the recruitment process by sourcing potential candidates and conducting initial screenings.
  • Support the onboarding process to help integrate new employees into the company's procedures and culture.
  • Maintain and update employee records using HRIS with high accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate employee engagement activities aimed at promoting a positive work environment.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide direct support for various HR projects and administrative tasks as needed.
  • Develop and implement communication strategies to enhance organizational transparency and communication.
  • Assist in the preparation of HR reports and metrics to support strategic planning and development.
