Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HR Hiring Specialist to join our human resources team. This role is ideal for professionals with a strong background in recruitment and talent acquisition, who are eager to manage the end-to-end hiring process for various roles within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting qualified candidates for open positions.
Job Posting: Create and manage job postings on various job boards, company websites, and social media platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job portals, social media, and networking to source potential candidates.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Applicant Tracking: Manage and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) to maintain accurate records of candidate progress and hiring outcomes.
Candidate Communication: Maintain ongoing communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback.
Offer Management: Prepare and extend job offers to selected candidates, and assist with negotiation and onboarding processes.
Recruitment Metrics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of hiring strategies and make data-driven improvements.
Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment activities comply with company policies, labor laws, and regulatory requirements.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers and department heads to understand hiring needs and provide strategic recruitment support.
Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement best practices to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the hiring process.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in HR software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
