Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Hiring Consultant to support our recruitment efforts. This role involves sourcing, screening, and managing the hiring process for various clients, ensuring we match the best talent with the right opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions across multiple industries.
- Candidate Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct sourcing.
- Screening and Interviews: Review resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure they meet the job requirements.
- Client Liaison: Work closely with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide tailored recruitment solutions.
- Offer Management: Coordinate with clients and candidates to extend job offers and manage the negotiation process.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process by providing regular updates and feedback.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and salary benchmarks to advise clients and candidates effectively.
- Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and hiring activities in the recruitment database.
- Compliance: Ensure recruitment activities comply with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in recruitment or HR consulting, preferably in a staffing or outsourcing environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using recruitment tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, etc.).
- Knowledge of labor laws and recruitment best practices.
