• Manage end-to-end hiring processes, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and interviews.
• Maintain recruitment databases and prepare hiring reports.
• Assist in offer negotiations and onboarding formalities.

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 0-2 years of experience in recruitment or HR (freshers with strong communication skills are encouraged to apply).
• Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and sourcing strategies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple job openings efficiently.
