Job Summary

The HR & Admin Lead will oversee and manage the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure efficient HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth office administration. The HR & Admin Lead will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and optimizing administrative processes.

Key Responsibilities

Human Resources:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan and objectives.

Manage the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.

  • Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment.
  • Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
  • Conduct performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
  • Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
  • Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.

Administration

  • Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and a productive work environment.
  • Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
  • Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
  • Prepare reports and presentations related to HR and administrative metrics.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related

field. A Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.

  • Proven experience in 15+ years in HR and administration roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
