Job Summary
The HR & Admin Lead will oversee and manage the human resources and administrative functions of the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to ensure efficient HR operations, employee engagement, compliance, and smooth office administration. The HR & Admin Lead will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and optimizing administrative processes.

The HR & Admin Lead will act as a bridge between management and employees, fostering a positive workplace culture and optimizing administrative processes.
Key Responsibilities
Human Resources:
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business plan and objectives.
- Oversee employee relations, resolve workplace conflicts, and promote a healthy work environment.
- Develop and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks.
- Conduct performance management, including appraisals, feedback, and development plans.
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Manage payroll, benefits administration, and employee records.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and retention strategies.
- Oversee day-to-day office operations to ensure efficiency and a productive work environment.
- Manage office facilities, vendor relationships, and procurement of office supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate travel, accommodation, and logistics for employees and visitors.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security standards.
- Manage administrative staff and delegate tasks appropriately.
- Prepare reports and presentations related to HR and administrative metrics.
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related
- Proven experience in 15+ years in HR and administration roles, preferably with leadership responsibilities.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Proactive and results driven.
- Strong ethical standards and integrity.
- Team player with the ability to manage cross-functional relationships.
- Adaptable and open to change.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
