Position Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruitment Assistance: Support the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, screening applications, and scheduling interviews.

• Onboarding and Orientation: Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring they have a smooth transition into the organization.

• Employee Engagement: Assist in the implementation of employee engagement initiatives to promote a positive workplace culture.

• Policy Implementation: Help enforce HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with legal requirements and best practices.

• Documentation and Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized HR records related to employee data, recruitment, and performance evaluations.

• Training Coordination: Assist in organizing training and development programs to enhance employee skills.

• HR Analytics: Analyze HR metrics and reports to provide insights on recruitment trends, employee turnover, and engagement levels.

• Communication: Serve as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related queries and support.

• Collaboration: Work closely with HR team members and other departments to ensure effective HR service delivery.

Qualifications:
