Qualifications:
- Bachelor?s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master?s degree preferred. (Business school)
- Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring talent at all levels, particularly in leadership roles.
- Strong understanding of recruitment best practices, applicant tracking systems, and talent management software.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and external partners.
We seek an experienced HR General Manager to lead our campus recruitment and leadership hiring initiatives. The ideal candidate will develop and execute strategies to attract top talent from universities and to fill key leadership roles across the organization. This position requires a strong understanding of the talent landscape, excellent relationship-building skills, and a commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce.
Roles and responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive campus recruitment strategies to attract high-potential candidates from universities and colleges.
- Build and maintain relationships with university career services, professors, and student organizations to promote the company?s brand and job opportunities.
- Organize and participate in campus recruitment events, including job fairs, information sessions, and workshops.
- Track and analyze campus recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of initiatives and make data-driven improvements.
- Partner with senior management to understand leadership needs and develop a robust talent acquisition strategy for senior and executive-level positions.
- Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including executive search firms, networking, and referrals, to identify and attract top leadership talent.
- Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit within the organization.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for leadership positions, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience.
- Lead and mentor the recruitment team, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance and professional development.
- Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the HR team.
- Ensure all recruitment activities comply with relevant employment laws and regulations.
