Key Responsibilities

• Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
• Maintain employee records and documentation
• Support onboarding and induction activities
• Coordinate training sessions and HR events
• Assist with HR operations and policy implementation
• Maintain attendance and leave records
  
  

Skills Required

• Good communication & interpersonal skills
• Basic understanding of HR functions
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
  
  

Educational Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
