Key Responsibilities
- Assist in recruitment (sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews)
- Maintain employee records and documentation
- Support onboarding and induction activities
- Coordinate training sessions and HR events
- Assist with HR operations and policy implementation
- Maintain attendance and leave records
- Good communication & interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of HR functions
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Bachelor’s degree in BBA / B.Com / BA / MBA (HR Specialization preferred)
- Friendly and supportive work environment
